How we work

Paid growth is not a project. We run it as a loop.

Most engagements break the same way. A plan lands, a campaign launches, and then nobody owns the six months after. That gap is where the budget goes.

The loop

We do not hand over a plan and leave. The account is read, changed, and read again on a fixed cadence, and every change is written down where you can see it. There is no phase where the work is finished, because the auction you are bidding into moves every week whether anyone looks at it or not.

What we don’t do

  • Bill you for hoursNobody working on your account is paid more for taking longer.
  • Ship decks as deliverablesA plan that does not change the account is not work.
  • Report on impressionsReach and impressions do not appear in what we send you.
  • Change spend quietlyBudget moves happen under caps you set, and every action is recorded in the audit log.
  • Lock you into our toolingYour ad accounts, your tracking code, your data. Export it at any time and keep it if you leave.

The three phases

A loop, not a timeline. The third phase does not end, and it sends us back to the first whenever the account earns it.

  1. 01

    Read

    What changes
Tracking gets installed and verified, so we find out which of your numbers can be trusted before spending against them.
    Who decides
The measurement engineer proposes. You sign off on what counts as a conversion.
    Artifact
Account read. Once, at the start.
    Exit
Ends when the conversion data is trustworthy.
  2. 02

    Commit

    What changes
Budget, channel mix and the tests we are willing to spend on get agreed and written down.
    Who decides
You set the ceiling and the approval thresholds. The growth lead proposes the split.
    Artifact
    Spend commitment. Revised monthly.
    Exit
Ends when the first campaigns are live under those caps.
  3. 03

    Compound

    What changes
Budget moves toward what performed. Losing creative gets cut. New angles ship and get measured.
    Who decides
Growth lead on budget, creative lead on angles, both inside the caps you set.
    Artifact
    Change log. Every week.
    Exit
Does not end. When a number stops making sense, it sends us back to Read.

Who owns your account

One growth lead is accountable for your number. Not a pooled queue, and not an account manager relaying messages to whoever is free.

Growth lead

Only they decide

  • Where budget moves, and what stops getting funded
  • Which test is not worth running
  • When to tell you the problem is not the ads

Reachable directly, and the same person next quarter. The system underneath them does the volume, so their time goes on the calls only a person can make.

Start with the read.

We audit the accounts first and tell you what we would change before anyone signs anything.
