As a startup we already operate out of four offices across three continents. The sun never sets on a Hellyeah growth loop. Most roles are in-person (5 days in-office) for best startup velocity.
With Seoul, Shanghai, Bangalore, and San Francisco on the team, there is always an operator awake when a customer's signal fires. Agents run the loop; the team supervises in shifts.
